The service provides private online English conversation practice sessions with a qualified English language tutor. Sessions are scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time and conducted via a video conferencing platform.
Payment is required in advance for each session. Prices are subject to change at any time. Refunds are only available if the service is cancelled 6 hours prior to the scheduled session.
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. Please review our cancellation policy below.
For cancellations made 6 hours or more in advance of the scheduled session, there will be no charge and a full refund will be provided. However, for cancellations made less than 6 hours in advance of the scheduled session, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the service. This policy helps us compensate for the time and resources allocated to your appointment that could have been utilised for other customers.
You may cancel your booking through our online platform by logging into your account and following the cancellation process.
No refund will be provided if you fail to attend the scheduled session without prior notice or cancellation. Additional charges may apply if you wish to reschedule your booking after a no-show.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the session. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and provide suitable alternatives or a full refund.

The time it takes to process a refund can vary. Once your refund request is received, our customer support team will review it and initiate the necessary steps. Refunds are typically issued using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction. All materials provided by the service provider during sessions are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without the express written consent of the service provider.
The service provider will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from the use of the service.
Modification of Terms
The service provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of the service after any such modification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
